« Winner of the Iron Cook 2016, a national cooking competition considered the longest cooking event. It is crowned in front of about thirty starred chefs, having as godfather of the edition Michel Roth (chef, Bocuse d'or and best workman of France in 1991).

Following this success, he was inducted into the prestigious Académie Culinaire de France.

Recommended by all these starred Chefs during his visits to Lyon “Pierre Orsi “*, London Michel Roth** or New York Daniel Boulud***. At the end of his 10 years of travel, he settled in Paris.

Over the years, the trust of its demanding customers has become its most beautiful business card.
